Terms of Service

1. Service

Leadership OS ("the Service") is a personal leadership coaching platform operated by Roy Matalon ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to use the Service. One account per person.

3. Your Data

You own your data. We store your leadership data (briefings, decisions, team notes, energy logs) to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

4. AI Coaching

The Service uses AI to provide leadership coaching. AI coaching is informational and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for your own leadership decisions. The AI coaches are not therapists, lawyers, or medical professionals.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to the HandClap™ Decision-Making Method, coaching methodology, AI coaching prompts, algorithms, user interface design, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Roy Matalon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, or coaching methodology of the Service
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or its methodology
  • Use AI tools or any other means to replicate, reconstruct, or recreate the coaching methodology, decision frameworks, or engagement systems of the Service
  • Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or capture system prompts, coaching instructions, or AI training data through any means including prompt injection
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Service

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, harass, or attempt to manipulate the AI coaching system
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized features
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account with others

7. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers free and paid tiers. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI coaching provided by the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
